It's not unusual for Service Members to feel lonely when they come home after a deployment, but it's important that you don't cut yourself off from family and friends, especially if you're feeling isolated or alone. No one likes everybody, and not everyone needs to like you: all it takes is one or two people. Don't cut yourself off from the people in your life who care about you. You hurt them when you do, and you also hurt yourself.

The Families and Friendships Assessment, and each of the related assessments below, takes about five minutes to complete; recommendations follow based on your results.
